Aged in Otago Pinot Noir barrels, sourced from the Maude Vineyard in Wanaka. This reddish-amber whisky delivers a fruity aroma and a smooth yet complex flavour profile. Aromas of chocolate-dipped ripe cherries, hot cross bun, fig, blackberry, a touch of oak, almonds and vanilla greet the nose. The flavor follows with chocolate-dipped cherries, black currents, raisins, vanilla, and nutmeg, backed by smooth mouth-filling tannins and chocolatey oak.
